Our story begins with two friends and avid mushroom hunters. Not wanting any fungi to go to waste after each foraging excursion, they created a way to preserve and enjoy them long after the season was over. After years of playing with recipes, Funguise Jerky was born!
We like to keep it simple and transparent. Our jerky is made with only the freshest Organic shiitake mushrooms grown right here in the Pacific Northwest.
