Who We Are

Our story begins with two friends and avid mushroom hunters picking more than they could eat after each excursion. Not wanting any fungi to go to waste, they created a way to preserve and enjoy them long after the season was over. After years of playing with recipes, Funguise Jerky was born. Now we’re sharing our favorite snack with you!

We like to keep it simple and transparent. Our marinade is slow brewed to perfection, and we use only the freshest Shiitake mushrooms grown right here in the Pacific Northwest. Peppery, smoky, savory, slightly sweet and delicious, Funguise is a one of a kind superfood jerky that your taste buds will never forget.
